We include a complimentary drone roof inspection with every eligible house survey, weather permitting. This allows us to inspect roofs, chimney stacks and guttering that would otherwise be difficult to access, and the photographs are included in your report.

The drone allows us to inspect roofs, chimney stacks and guttering that would otherwise be difficult to access safely, and the photographs are included in your report. Drone inspections are not available for flats.

Yes. At Haydens you have direct access to the surveyor who inspected your property. You can call or email them before the inspection to discuss the property, and again after you receive your report if you have questions about the findings.
